The décor adds to the charm, with its rustic yet modern feel that’s both comfortable and stylish. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re sitting down to a home-cooked meal in someone’s kitchen.

The menu is packed with options that cater to all tastes. From classic comfort foods like hearty burgers and crispy fries to lighter dishes such as fresh salads and grilled chicken, there’s something for everyone. One standout on the menu is their famous “Southern Fried Chicken,” which is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned just right. The chicken comes with a side of creamy mashed potatoes and gravy that could easily steal the spotlight, though. If you’re in the mood for something a little different, the “Grilled Fish Tacos” are fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of spicy.

But Earley’s Kitchen is not just about great food; it’s also about the experience. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure you feel welcome and well taken care of. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do, which adds to the overall appeal of the place. It’s easy to see why locals rave about the food and keep coming back for more.

If you’re visiting during breakfast hours, you’re in for a treat. Their “Breakfast Burritos” are a fan favorite, loaded with eggs, cheese, and your choice of meat, all wrapped up in a warm tortilla. If you're more of a classic breakfast person, their “Pancakes” are light, fluffy, and served with real maple syrup - the kind of pancakes that make you feel like you're starting the day off just right.

For those with a sweet tooth, Earley’s Kitchen doesn’t disappoint. The “Homemade Apple Pie” is a must-try, especially when served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It’s the perfect end to any meal and one of the reasons so many guests keep coming back.

What really sets Earley’s Kitchen apart from other diners in Tallahassee, though, is its ability to blend tradition with innovation. While they offer all the familiar comfort foods that make you feel like you’re eating at home, they also incorporate some creative twists to keep things interesting. For example, their “BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders” feature slow-cooked pork that’s smoky, tender, and paired perfectly with tangy coleslaw for an unforgettable bite.

For those planning to stop by, you’ll want to keep an eye on their specials, which change regularly. They often feature seasonal ingredients or new takes on classic dishes. Whether it’s a limited-time burger, a seasonal soup, or a featured dessert, you’ll want to try whatever’s fresh and new.

Brunch at Earley's Kitchen today. I'll speak for myself when I say, my food was good. I did tell them I could have used a little more gouda in my grits but I enjoyed my meal. Everyone's prefeence in how they like their food prepared, is different. But when one person asks for Cognac and OJ, the bartender knew exactly what to do! We also had bottomless mimosas. The staff was pleasant, engaging and helpful throughout the experience. One of the cooks even came out to ask about the food. They have a vegan breakfast sandwich as well. Kids option (pancake and meat) was perfect for mine. This was the second time for brunch so our server had a few questions but she was able to get the answers and resolution quickly.

I recently visited Early's Kitchen at 1458 S Monroe St, in Tallahassee, FL. I had a very good experience there. I was greeted by a very nice person and ordered my breakfast biscuit. It was prepared as I waited for it. I picked up a coffee and enjoyed my breakfast. A nice place to go.

The new renovations are exceptional with a laid back posh soul vibe. Full bar and friendly staff. Food presentation is on par with the atmosphere. Great coffee too!

Clean pure southern breakfast. Just the sort of thing for a meal before a physical day or after a night of indulgence. I would like to return soon for oxtails! That corned beef was excellent with a breakfast biscuit.

I wish I had pictures, but I ate it up too fast! I came in for oxtails, however they were waiting on the next batch (the first batch was already gone by 11:45 am! So you know theyre good!) and I had to be quick. I tried the Smoked Mojo Chicken thighs and OMGGGGG. It was DIVINE. The chicken was juicy and cooked perfectly. The mojo sauce it was covered in was amazing! I had sweet potatoes and fried green tomatoes as my side. The sweet potatoes had a fantastic sweet cinnamon syrup they were baked in. And the fried green tomatoes were just like my mama made them. This was my first time in Early's Kitchen and certainly will not be my last! Cant wait to try to liver and onions and the oxtails!!!

I've been here a couple of times, and eaten both breakfast and lunch, and both are incredible! It's the typical meat & three kind of place, with great main entrees and tons of delicious sides. Service is quick and friendly, and you can't go wrong with any of the food options!

Have you ever heard the saying, "They put their foot in that" used to describe food that is cooked beyond the point of perfection? Well whoever cooked the meal I ate today put their whole leg in it! I have never tasted such flavorful macaroni and cheese in my life. My sister can cook, but she can't cook like this and you can tell her I said that! The service was just as impeccable - the employees were kind, polite, helpful and gave generous servings. We also loved the atmosphere and design of the restaurant. Thank you!

Today was my 3rd time visiting over the course of a year. Each time I remember the outstanding hospitality. Even when I'm confused or have questions they're so patient I should come more often.
